- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Received my Bachelors Degree diploma in the mail today, with a large note posted on the packages saying "DO NOT FOLD". My package was completely folded and shoved into my mailbox. Instead of bringing it up the front porch as the mail person should of, now something I worked very hard for is damaged and the moment of joy and excitement was shortly ruined.By Marissa Beisel, July 15, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst post office ever...you cannot call and have any real person pick up the phone...you get transfered to a national center. My real complaint is about the mailman Russell in Meiners Oaks. I had outgoing bills, red flag up and I'm waiting for an important letter. I saw him drive right by my mailbox (across the street) and he neither delivered our mail or picked up outgoing mail. We have complained numerous times over the years with calls and letters and I've gone into the Ojai Post office to speak to supervisor but nothing is done.
